Job Description

  • Translate business requirements into data models, KPIs, and reporting frameworks, ensuring alignment across all data layers.

  • Design and implement efficient data models aligned with business reporting requirements.

  • Automate workflows and reporting processes using orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow) and scripting (Linux Shell/Python).

  • Design and implement dynamic dashboards and automated reporting solutions that provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

  • Optimize query performance and data processing efficiency for high-volume data.

  • Enable marketing and sales teams with intelligent reporting tools to continuously monitor, assess, and optimize product and offer performance.

  • Analyze customer lifecycle, usage behavior, and revenue streams to identify growth opportunities, churn risks, and monetization strategies.

  • Develop and deploy advanced AI/ML models to predict customer behavior, personalize experiences, improve retention, and boost ARPU

Academic Qualification

  • Graduation in Computer Science/Applied Statistics/Business/Relevant Field

Job Experience Required

  • 2+ years of experience, including 1 year in a relevant field

Required Capabilities

  • Strong knowledge of Teradata SQL, data modeling techniques, and building data pipelines for large-scale data processing.

  • Hands-on experience with dashboarding and reporting tools such as MicroStrategy, Tableau, Power BI or Superset.

  • Experience with workflow orchestration tools (Apache Airflow) and Linux shell scripting.

  • Good understanding of the telecommunication business, KPIs, and revenue streams.

  • Basic programming/scripting knowledge (e.g., Python, Shell) is required.

  • Understanding of analytical and statistical concepts and their practical applications.

  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver with minimal supervision.

  • Business Communication and Presentation skill
