Requirements

• 
  Proven leadership experience in managing IT BI and data development teams using SCRUM methodologies.
• 
  Solid background in business intelligence and data analytics.
• 
  Strong organizational, time management, communication, and teamwork abilities.
• 
  Expertise in problem-solving and decision-making.
• 
  Experience as a Data Architect.
• 
  Proficiency in Enterprise Intelligence, including data analytics, warehouse modeling, data lake implementation, ETL processes, and data cleansing.
• 
  In-depth understanding of BI processes, including data refreshes, quality checks, performance optimization, and data monitoring.
• 
  SQL expertise (e.g., Oracle, MSSQL, DB2).
• 
  Comprehensive knowledge of database structures and data mining.
• 
  Experience in integrating data from diverse sources and analyzing it to inform business decisions.
• 
  Familiarity with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake, Azure Data Factory, and Atlan Data Catalog.

  Experience in international environments and complex matrix organizations.
• 
  Strong technical and business communication skills in English; additional European languages (e.g., French, Italian, German, Spanish) are a plus.
• 
  Certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Project Management Professional (PMP) are highly desirable.

  Industry knowledge in manufacturing, supply chain, purchasing, sales, or marketing is advantageous.
