  • Lead the design and maintenance of scalable database schemas (Relational and NoSQL) to handle massive telecom datasets.

  • Optimize database performance for high-concurrency environments, ensuring that the Data Warehouse (DWH) and reporting layers remain responsive under heavy loads.

  • Manage the evolution of the data platform, ensuring seamless integration between engineering pipelines and reporting outputs.

  • Design end-to-end data architectures that integrate diverse sources (OSS/BSS, CRM, and Digital Apps) into a unified "Source of Truth."

  • Design and manage scalable, distributed systems (Big Data, Lakes House, Hadoop, Spark, Kafka) capable of handling petabyte-scale telecom data.

  • Establish and enforce data governance policies, including data lineage, metadata management, and data dictionary standards.

  • Ensure data complies with local regulations and organizational security protocols and policies.

  • Design and implement dynamic dashboards and visualizations that provide actionable insights to key stakeholders.

  • Serve as the primary technical liaison for Product, Sales, Technology, IT, and Finance teams to translate business requirements into technical data models.

  • Manage stakeholder communications and reporting, promoting a data-driven culture through self-service BI and education.

Academic Qualification

  • Graduation in Computer Science/Applied Statistics/Relevant Field

Job Experience Required

  • 6+ years of experience including 2 years in a relevant field

Required Capabilities

  • Strong knowledge in RDBMS, Big Data Lakes and NoSQL technologies

  • Knowledge of data visualization tools (Micro Strategy, Tableau, Power BI etc.)

  • Working knowledge of/experience in shell script, R/ Python and SQL

  • Strong knowledge in data management and Reporting

  • Strong knowledge on Telecom industry value chain

  • Business Communication and presentation skill

  • Demonstrated knowledge of analytical techniques and their applications

  • Ability to manage specific tasks to completion with minimal direction.

  • Very habitual in MS Excel and PowerPoint
