As a Data Architect, you will be responsible for designing and maintaining the overall data architecture. This includes creating database solutions, setting data standards, designing and implementing data pipelines, and working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless data flow and quality. You’ll be at the forefront of shaping how we use data to make informed business decisions.

What you'll do:

• Design and implement scalable, high-performance data architecture and data integration solutions.
• Develop and optimize data models, databases, data lakes, and data warehouses for large-scale systems.
• Collaborate with data engineers, data analysts, and business stakeholders to design data systems that align with business needs.
• Define and enforce data governance, including data management policies, standards, and practices.
• Ensure the accuracy, quality, security, and accessibility of data.
• Analyze and evaluate current data architecture to identify areas of improvement.
• Work on cloud platforms (Azure) to manage data storage and processing.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend improvements and upgrades

We could be a perfect fit If you have:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data architecture or related fields.
• Proficiency in database technologies (SQL, NoSQL, PostgreSQL, etc.).
• Experience with data modeling, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) tools, and data warehousing solutions.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-based data solutions (Azure).
• Proficiency with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, etc.).
• Strong understanding of data governance, security, and compliance.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau or similar tools.

The tools you will use:

• Azure technologies (Azure Synapse, Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, Azure Databricks)
• SQL (DBT framework)
• Python
