Are you passionate about turning data into meaningful insights? We’re looking for a Data and Reporting Analyst to join our Technology Platforms team and help deliver accurate, reliable, and user-friendly reporting and analytics solutions that supports better business decisions.

About the Role

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Power BI reporting solutions that support both operational and analytical needs. Working closely with business stakeholders, you will translate requirements into meaningful dashboards, ensuring data is presented clearly and effectively to drive better outcomes.

You will also play a key role in supporting business users, improving self‑service reporting and evolving how insights are delivered — including leveraging emerging capabilities such as AI‑assisted and conversational analytics.

In this exciting new role, you will:

· Design, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that meet business needs

· Work with stakeholders to gather and translate reporting requirements

· Provide ongoing support and enhancements for existing reporting solutions

· Develop and optimise data models and visualisations for usability and performance

· Validate data and help resolve data quality issues

· Support business users to interpret and use reports effectively

· Identify opportunities to improve, automate and enhance reporting processes

· Explore and support modern ways of delivering insights, including AI-assisted and self-service analytics

About you

We are looking for someone who brings:

· A relevant tertiary qualification in IT, Data, Analytics or a related field

· 2-3 years of experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports

· Experience developing insightful, user-friendly dashboards and reports

· Strong data visualisation skills with a focus on usability and clarity

· Ability to translate business needs into clear reporting solutions

· Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills

· A customer-focused approach and commitment to continuous improvement

Ideally, you will also have:

· Experience with SQL and working with databases

· Exposure to modern enterprise data platforms (e.g. Snowflake or similar)

· Exposure to modern analytics tools such as AI‑assisted analytics, or similar technologies

· Experience supporting both BAU reporting and project delivery

We are also open to recent graduates who have developed relevant skills and hands-on experience through academic work, projects or internships, and demonstrate a strong interest in data and analytics.
