Job Description

Union Wireless is seeking an experienced Data and Reporting Analyst to partner with business leaders and transform data into actionable insight This role is designed to expand our analytical capability and strengthen data-driven decision-making.

What You'll Do

  • Partner directly with department leaders to understand business challenges and translate them into analytical solutions
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPI frameworks that drive performance
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities within operational and financial data
  • Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis
  • TSQL skills (complex joins, aggregations, performance optimization)
  • Experience with Power BI and SSRS
  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to connect data to business outcomes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Telecom industry experience,
  • Experience supporting fraud detection, revenue assurance, or regulatory reporting
  • Experience with Microsoft D365
  • Work experience in troubleshooting and help desk assistance at a tier 2 or tier 3 level.

This position is onsite and works closely with operational, financial, and customer-facing teams.

Educations/Training/Certifications

BS in Computer Science, MIS statistics, Information Systems or related degree. Equivalent experience may be considered. Valid Driver's License. Acceptable driving record.
