Data and Evaluation Coordinator (Grant Funded)
Arizona Western College is seeking a Data and Evaluation Coordinator to help capture and tell the story of the Manufacturing Business and Automation Accelerator (MBAA). This role plays an important part in making sure participant information is accurate, progress is tracked, and the program can clearly demonstrate its impact.
Grant funded through the Empower to Grow Program, this is an opportunity for a detail-focused professional who enjoys working with data and using information to support better outcomes. Typical Duties:
- Serves Students. Manages all participant intake, tracking, and program data collection using the MBAA management information system. Builds and maintains the MBAA participant management information system (MIS) intake portal, case management module, outcome tracking dashboards, and Small Business Administration (SBA)-compliant data export tools.
- Performs data entry and quality assurance activities to maintain accurate program records.

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or higher, with 4 years’ experience relevant to the role or
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred but not required
- Applicants may indicate any additional language proficiencies in their application materials, including English/Spanish, as relevant to the position
- An equivalent combination of education and/or experience from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved may be considered
Additional Eligibility Requirements:
- Arizona Driver’s License or Equivalent
Salary:
$60,000 per year

- Location: Wellton Campus
- Benefits Eligible
- Grant Funded (Empower 2 Grow Grant) – Scheduled to end no later than August 2027
- Exempt, $60,000 12-month annual salary
