Job Description

As a Data and Digital Quality Leader you will be poart of the Quality department based in Blieskastel (Germany) or Obernai (France) for a Permanent contract.

As Data & Digital Quality Leader (m/f/d), you will play a key role in driving the digital transformation of the global quality function. You will work closely with IT and international stakeholders to harmonize systems, improve data governance, and implement digital end-to-end quality processes across the organization. You will lead initiatives that enhance transparency, efficiency, and data-driven decision-making within the quality organization.

Your mission

  • Drive the digital transformation of the global Quality function by shaping software architecture and data governance in close collaboration with IT.
  • Harmonize IT tools, SAP QM and CAQ systems, co owning the architecture as well as data structures across the global Quality network to enable standardized and scalable processes.
  • Lead international digital initiatives and coordinate programs to implement integrated end-to-end digital quality processes.
  • Establish and manage KPI governance and digital performance transparency (e.g., Digital Quality Cockpit, Data Lake) to enable data-driven decision-making.
  • Design and implement robust data governance frameworks, including data ownership, data quality standards, and AI-enabled use cases.
  • Define and optimize end-to-end data flows to ensure transparency, system integration, and data consistency across platforms.
  • Act as a change leader, strengthening digital capabilities within the Quality organization and managing key international stakeholders.

Your profile

  • Several years of international experience in Digitalization, with strong expertise in data governance and IT architecture in a Sap / MES / CAQ enviroment
  • Proven track record in harmonizing IT tools, data structures, and digital end-to-end processes across global organizations.
  • Experience leading international digital programs and transformation initiatives in close collaboration with IT and business functions.
  • Strong expertise in analyzing and designing end-to-end data flows to ensure transparency, data consistency, and seamless system integration.
  • In-depth knowledge ofSAP (especially the QM module), MES and CAQ systems within the context of quality processes and data integration.
  • Excellent communication and change management skills with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments in an international setting.
  • Strong teamwork and problem-solving capabilities, willingness to travel internationally, and fluent English (German is an advantage).
