More about the role
Analyzes compensation data to ensure the company maintains competitive pay structures. Collaborates with HR teams to support the development and implementation of reward programs. Utilizes data and reports to enhance program effectiveness.
Key Areas of Responsibility
• Conducts extensive market research to analyze current compensation benchmarks.and identify trends
• Collaborates closely with HR and Rewards colleagues to support the design of effective and innovative reward programs
• Prepares detailed and comprehensive Rewards tools, data reports and data insights and presents them in a clear, visually compelling way
• Translates data into clear, actionable narratives that aid decision making and improve the employee experience.
• Assists meticulously in the development of structured salary frameworks and pay structures
• Evaluates the effectiveness of existing reward programs and makes insightful recommendations for improvements.
• Ensures strict compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements in compensation practices.
• Supports global or regional reward processes and projects
Critical Experiences
• University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR analytics, or a related field, with a focus on data analysis, automation, benchmarking. Experience in employee compensation and benefits beneficial but not required
• Experience in proficiently leveraging Excel and PowerBI, experience with optimal utilization of GenAI, experience with data visualization
