The Data & Analytics Transformation PMO supports the coordination and execution of Henkel’s enterprise-wide data & analytics transformation. The role focuses on enabling transparency, alignment, and structured delivery across multiple initiatives by supporting governance, tracking progress, and facilitating collaboration across global teams. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across business, IT, and data functions to ensure initiatives are well-coordinated, progress is visible, and dependencies are managed effectively.
What you´ll do
- Support coordination of the Data & Analytics transformation portfolio, ensuring clear tracking of initiatives, milestones, and outcomes in the area of data strategy, data operating model and data culture
- Maintain and consolidate reporting on progress, risks, dependencies, and KPIs for stakeholders and leadership
- Facilitate alignment across cross-functional teams by organizing governance forums, checkpoints, and communication flows
- Support execution of transformation initiatives by tracking deliverables, timelines, and key actions
- Assist in maintaining operating models, frameworks, and ways of working to ensure consistency across teams
- Help identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and support mitigation tracking
- Contribute to preparation of management updates, presentations, and decision-making materials
- Support capability-building initiatives such as trainings, workshops, and community formats
What makes you a good fit
- University degree in business management, engineering, analytics, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in project/program support, PMO in transformation environments in data/analytics/digital, especially focusing on data strategy or data operating model design, and or data culture design
- Experience with supporting structured delivery in complex environments including project governance, reporting, and tracking (KPIs, risks, dependencies)
- Experience working in agile or hybrid delivery setups (e.g., Scrum, SAFe is a plus) with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or MS Project
- Ability to work with multiple senior stakeholders and support communication across teams
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English

Minimum salary: 2400 EUR gross (Of course, an overpayment is possible depending on the respective training, qualification and professional experience. The gross salary is based on these aforementioned criteria and is finally determined after the personal interview).
