About the role
As a Data Analytics Support Consultant, you will play a key role within our Customer Services team, acting as a trusted point of contact for customers using Microsoft Data Analytics solutions closely aligned to Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Business Central environments.

You will be responsible for delivering a high standard of customer support across the full lifecycle of a support request — from initial logging and investigation through to resolution and ongoing communication. This role requires someone who is proactive, customer-focused, and confident managing multiple issues whilst maintaining excellent communication with both customers and internal teams.

Working within a collaborative and fast-paced environment, you will support customers in maximising the value of their technology investment by providing responsive support, problem-solving expertise, and a consistently positive customer experience.

This is a hybrid role with a mix of remote and office-based working.

What you'll be doing

  • Acting as a key point of contact for customers, delivering a professional and responsive support experience

  • Managing support tickets through the full lifecycle, including logging, investigation, troubleshooting, escalation, resolution and follow-up

  • Keeping customers regularly updated on the progress of support issues and agreed action plans

  • Supporting Microsoft Data Analytics solutions with strong links to Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Business Central environments

  • Collaborating closely with internal support teams, consultants and wider business functions to resolve customer issues effectively

  • Escalating complex issues to senior team members or management where required

  • Ensuring all support activity is accurately documented and maintained within service management systems

  • Identifying recurring issues, trends and opportunities for service improvement

  • Building strong relationships with customers and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction throughout all interactions

  • Contributing to a collaborative, supportive and customer-focused team culture

What will you bring?

  • Experience in a customer support, application support, or service desk role within a technology or ERP-focused environment

  • Good understanding of Microsoft Data Analytics solutions and reporting tools

  • Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics NAV and/or Business Central environments

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach to issue resolution

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to both technical and non-technical users

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced support environment

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

  • A customer-first mindset with a genuine passion for delivering high-quality service

  • Collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively across teams and stakeholders

  • Desire to continuously learn and develop within Microsoft technologies and data analytics solutions
