The CRM Pro Associate is responsible for supporting the effective implementation and management of CRM initiatives across the organization. The role focuses on collecting, validating, and analyzing customer and sales data to ensure accuracy and reliability within the CRM system. It also involves coordinating with regional and local teams to drive CRM adoption, maintain data quality through regular cleansing, and support targeted marketing and sales efforts. The position aims to enhance customer engagement, improve data-driven decision-making, and strengthen overall business performance through efficient CRM practices.
