We are looking for an experienced Data & Analytics Project Manager / Service Manager to lead and develop data-driven solutions within complex enterprise environments, particularly in the Financial Services sector.

In this role, you will combine strong delivery leadership with a hands-on understanding of data platforms, ensuring high-quality project execution and reliable data services.

What will you be doing?

You will lead end-to-end Data & Analytics projects, from planning through delivery, while also acting as a Service Manager, ensuring the continuity, performance, and SLA fulfillment of data platforms and services.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing stakeholders across both business and IT functions, particularly within Financial Services organizations
• Driving the development and optimization of ETL pipelines and data integration solutions
• Coordinating cross-functional teams, including data engineers, architects, and analysts
• Ensuring data governance, quality, and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Overseeing service delivery, operational performance, and continuous improvement initiatives

What are we looking for?

• Strong experience in Data & Analytics project management and/or service management
• Proven experience within the Financial Services industry (banking, insurance, pensions, or similar)
• Solid understanding of ETL processes, data pipelines, and modern data platform ecosystems
• Experience working with data services, reporting, and analytics environments
• Ability to lead both project delivery and operational service management
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Fluency in both Finnish and English

We believe you'll thrive in this role if you also have:

• Hands-on experience with SAS (analytics, reporting, or data processing)
• Experience with modern cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, or Microsoft Azure
• Familiarity with BI tools and reporting ecosystems
• Experience working in large-scale and/or international delivery environments
