We are looking for : Data & Analytics Project Manager

You’ll make an impact by:

• Own and drive the end-to-end delivery of services within the Siemens Sales Data environment.
• Lead a team of developers to create and maintain data models, data products, and interactive dashboards.
• Bridge business and IT teams by translating technical concepts into actionable business insights.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships to ensure effective communication, alignment, and collaboration.
• Enable data-driven decision-making through high-quality analytics solutions and reporting capabilities.
• Champion agile ways of working to improve team delivery, responsiveness, and outcomes.
• Coordinate priorities, requirements, and deliveries across business and technology stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement across data and analytics services, processes, and team practices.

You’re excited to build on your existing expertise, including:

• Holding a degree in Management, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Bringing proven experience in IT product management, service management, or project management.
• Communicating complex technical concepts clearly to business and non-technical audiences.
• Leading teams and collaborating effectively within global and cross-functional environments.
• Working hands-on with data models, analytics solutions, and interactive dashboards.
• Applying a strong understanding of how data and analytics support business decision-making.
• Using agile methodologies and fostering an agile mindset within teams and projects.
• Navigating Power BI dashboards and working with Snowflake to analyse data and understand data structures.
• Demonstrating fluent written and spoken English communication skills.
