The Enterprise Analytics team is seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead the identification, strategy, and delivery of innovative analytics products across the Company. This role is responsible for discovering new product opportunities, defining product vision, and overseeing end‑to‑end delivery from concept through adoption. The Technical Product Manager will partner closely with business and analytics leaders, data engineering teams, and IT partners to ensure analytics products are high‑value, scalable, and aligned to enterprise priorities.

To support this, employees in this role are expected to be on‑site four days a week, with flexibility to work one day remotely. Core in‑office days are Tuesday–Thursday, with the fourth day determined by business needs.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities

  • Leads analytics product strategy by proactively identifying new analytical product opportunities based on business needs, data trends, and emerging technologies.

  • Partners with business, analytics, and technology leadership to define product vision, value propositions, and success metrics.

  • Oversees and coordinates the end‑to‑end development of analytics products, ensuring scope, timelines, dependencies, and risks are actively managed.

  • Works closely with data engineering, analytics delivery teams, and IT partners to ensure solutions are technically feasible, scalable, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards.

  • Drives stakeholder alignment through clear communication of product strategy, updates, tradeoffs, and delivery progress to both technical and non‑technical audiences.

  • Identifies change impacts, adoption considerations, and readiness needs for new analytics products and ensures appropriate enablement, training, and communication plans are in place.

  • Prepares leadership-level materials, updates, and presentations related to analytics initiatives, progress, and adoption.

  • Works with analytics leadership and product owners

  • Monitors product performance post‑launch, gathering user feedback and usage insights to inform continuous improvement and future investment decisions.

  • Identifies risks, dependencies, and interdependencies across initiatives and ensures visibility and mitigation plans are communicated to leadership.

  • Mentors and provides informal guidance to junior product or analytics team members, supporting product management maturity across the organization.

Job Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Business Analytics, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Experience:

  • Typically, a minimum of 3–6 years of experience in analytics, product support, change management, communications, project coordination, or related roles.

  • Demonstrated experience identifying and launching new data or analytics products.

  • Experience working in agile or iterative delivery environments, with hands‑on involvement in backlog management and cross‑functional delivery.

  • Experience coordinating or overseeing complex initiatives involving multiple delivery teams and stakeholders.

  • Deep understanding of analytics platforms, data concepts, and modern data product lifecycles.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including comfort presenting to senior leadership.

  • Ability to operate effectively with ambiguity and proactively shape direction rather than execute predefined tasks.

  • Role operates as an Individual Contributor; no direct reports.
