We are seeking a Data Analytics Principal Engineer to lead the strategy, design and delivery of visualization solutions that enable learning, insight, and decision making across scientific and operational domains. In this role, you will apply analytics and data science methods to complex, high-dimensional scientific and operational data to support both development and commercial processes within the Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine organization. You will partner across functions to translate scientific and business questions into scalable analytics products and enterprise aligned standards that enable diverse users to explore data and make informed decisions.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:
€79,800.00 - €137,770.00

In addition to base pay, we offer the following benefits*: an annual bonus with set target (% of pay) depending on pay grade / location, where the actual amount is based on the employees’ and companies’ performance of the previous calendar year, or sales commissions.
