We aim to create a connected network of intelligent Distribution Centers by standardizing, and digitalizing warehousing processes, enabling analytics-driven decision making at every level. 📍 We are looking for motivated individuals to join our W.O.C. organization in Aspropyrgos, Athens (hybrid model)!

Program duration: 9 months

💰Compensation details: for this role the yearly salary is comprised of a base salary of 27.160 EUR Gross We consistently benchmark our salaries against top competitors and every P&G employee’s salary is reviewed at least annually so there is ample room for growth.

Responsibilities & Scope of your Internship:

  • Influence decisions from daily ones through to strategic ones, made across functions, at all levels of leadership in a meaningful and impactful way.
  • Support the design and development of digital solutions to simplify and automate Supply Chain processes, applying structured problem-solving, data-driven thinking and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Build and enhance low-code and analytics solutions using tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot, Power BI, and/or KNIME, translating Supply Chain needs into user-friendly digital workflows and dashboards.
  • Apply programming and data analysis skills (e.g. Python) to manipulate, analyze, and visualize data, helping reduce manual effort, improve transparency, and strengthen decision-making.
  • Work in an agile team to translate your ideas into robust, scaled, analytical solutions.
  • Communicate insights from complex data or algorithms into simple conclusions that will empower others to act based on the insights you derive.
  • Belong to an award-winning Supply Chain Innovation team that is global in scope and operates across P&G’s warehouses.

Job Qualifications

Our ideal candidate:

  • Final year of Bachelors’ Degree/recently Bachelors’ graduate/ Masters’ Studies or Degree in a quantitative field (Engineering, Statistics, Operation Research, Decision Sciences, Computer Science, Applied Math, Economics, Data Science, etc.;
  • Very good English skills, both written and spoken;
  • Analytical skills and knowledge in at least one programming language (R, Python, SQL, etc.) or family of techniques (machine learning, predictive modeling, statistical analysis, etc.) may represent an advantage;
  • Is adaptable and able to handle priorities effectively, both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
