About the Role
We are looking for a curious, analytical, and proactive Data Intern who is excited about solving real business problems using data. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure to translating ambiguous business questions into data-driven insights, building automation and agentic solutions that improve how teams work, and supporting analytics initiatives across the organization.
You will work closely with data professionals and business stakeholders to support deep-dive analyses, reporting, documentation, and experimentation with modern data and AI-driven approaches.
Partner with stakeholders to understand real business challenges and translate them into clear analytical questions
Perform exploratory and deep-dive data analyses to uncover trends, issues, and opportunities
Synthesize findings into clear, actionable insights that support decision-making
Assist in designing and building data-driven automations and agentic solutions to reduce manual effort and improve ease of doing business
Support use cases such as: Automated reporting and data pipelines Workflow enhancements using scripts, tools, or AI agents Process optimization through data and logic-based solutions
Continuously look for opportunities where data and automation can simplify processes
Support the creation and maintenance of reports, dashboards, and scorecards
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and clarity in all outputs
Help standardize reporting definitions and metrics
Create and maintain technical and functional documentation, including: Data source mappings Metric definitions and logic Process flows and integration diagrams
Document assumptions, methodologies, and limitations of analyses
Assist with ad-hoc analyses and data requests from different teams
Support data quality checks and validation activities
Contribute to continuous improvement of data practices and standards
