The Data Governance area plays a critical role in ensuring that corporate data is reliable, accessible, consistent, and properly documented to support decision making across the organization. The Data Governance Hub is responsible for establishing standards, processes, and best practices that safeguard data quality, traceability, and correct usage throughout all business units. Within this framework, the Data Governance Junior will contribute to these initiatives by supporting the documentation and stewardship of data assets, helping build and maintain traceability between systems and dashboards, participating in data quality activities, and maintaining close communication with business stakeholders. This graduate role offers a highly developmental environment, providing continuous learning opportunities and guidance from senior team members while actively contributing to strengthening the company’s data governance capabilities.
• Participate in the management and stewardship of corporate data within the Data Governance Hub.
• Support the creation, documentation, and maintenance of dashboard plans and system traceability.
• Collaborate in data quality control and stewardship of data domains.
• Document processes, calculations, and models related to Data Governance.
• Work closely with the Data Governance team to implement best practices.
• Provide support in managing business requests related to reporting and data usage.
• Maintain regular contact with different business areas to ensure alignment and traceability.
• Develop professionally through internal training and guidance from senior team members.
Education
• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or similar.
Experience
• No previous experience required or up to a maximum of 2 years in related roles.
Languages
• English: high level (C1 or equivalent), essential for internal communication and international projects.
• Other languages: valued as a plus.
Technical Knowledge
• Basic knowledge of data analysis, information management, and reporting tools.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Knowledge of databases or visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) will be valued.
Valuable Technical Skills
• Knowledge of data governance, documentation management, traceability, or data stewardship.
• Basic understanding of SQL or information management systems.
