The Service Delivery Expert is responsible for the day to day operations, ensuring the Data Operations are delivered in a timely, efficient and effective manner. Work with the Managed Service Provider to coordinate and ensure that services are delivered, Service Level Agreements are met.
He/She will also manage the interface between the unit, the customers, users, and third-party service providers. The Service Delivery Expert contributes to service improvements within service management to improve the quality of the service provided and /or the process efficiency.

Stakeholder Management - Able to operate effectively with business partners. Communicates with partners to promote mutual, in-depth understanding of respective organizational roles, policies, etc.
Incident Management - Ability to manage and coordinate with appropriate and timely response to incidents/issues.
Problem Management - Ability to determine the root cause of incidents and come up with workarounds and proposals to fix the problems in a structured manner.
