And we’re on the hunt for a Data & Analytics Executive to join our busy Data team.

You'll learn tracking and measurement by doing it. Working alongside our analytics specialists, you'll build and test tracking in Google Tag Manager and GA4, help debug the things that break, and turn clean data into dashboards our media and strategy teams actually use.

This suits someone early in their career: a graduate, a career changer out of a coding course or bootcamp, or someone with a year in an agency or in house digital team. You'll be given real client work and the support to get it right.

Day to day you’ll:

• Build, tag and test tracking in Google Tag Manager and GA4 under the guidance of our specialists
• Configure GA4 events, conversions and audiences
• Debug tracking issues using Tag Assistant and browser dev tools
• Write and adapt simple JavaScript for tracking implementations
• Help implement dataLayer specifications alongside developers
• Build and maintain dashboards in Looker Studio and Power BI
• Support analytics audits and pull the data that backs up recommendations
• Test, validate and QA every implementation before it goes live

We are looking for someone with:

• Some exposure to GA4 and Google Tag Manager, through study, a placement or a previous role.
• An understanding of how web analytics works (events, sessions, attribution, tagging, cookies, consent, data layers).
• Knowledge of JavaScript for tracking implementations.
• Understanding of HTML and DOM manipulation for tracking purposes.
• Experience building dashboards in Looker Studio or similar BI tools.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills (internal and external).
• Genuine interest in how marketing performance gets measured

Bonus points for:

• SQL experience (BigQuery preferred)
• Experience working with large datasets or data warehouses
• Exposure to consent management, server side tagging, or media pixels (Meta, Google Ads, DV360)
• Adobe Analytics experience.
