Job Summary:

We are seeking a
Data & Analytics Engineer
to lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable batch and real-time data pipelines. You will play a key role in enabling product development, business analytics, and reporting initiatives. Your contributions will ensure data accessibility, quality, and consistency across the organization, empowering stakeholders to make informed, data-driven decisions.

• 
  Design
  and build batch (and occasionally real-time) data pipelines and models for
  product, analytics, and reporting purposes
• 
  Support
  ad-hoc data requests and reporting for business stakeholders
• 
  Developing
  dashboards and visualisations to expose data to users and stakeholders
  effectively
• 
  Monitor
  data quality and integrity, designing and developing checks to ensure
  accuracy and consistency
• 
  Conduct
  exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities
  for optimization
• 
  Core
  technologies: Python, SQL, Metabase, AWS services
  such as
  Glue, Lambda, API Gateway, and Step Functions.

Requirements

• 
  Minimum
  Experience Required: 1+ year
• 
  Specific
  industry or technical experience
• 
  Hands-on
  experience in SQL + any programming language, Python is preferred but not
  mandatory
• 
  Excellent
  analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities
• 
  Advanced
  Excel/Google Sheets knowledge
