The Data Analytics Associate uses data to design, create, and maintain analyses, reports, and research data pipelines in support of research and clinical operations within the Department of Pediatrics, Division of Hematology-Oncology. The position supports investigators and clinical teams at the Texas Children's Cancer and Hematology Center by building research-ready datasets, performing analyses using established analytic methods, and developing reports and visualizations. The associate applies existing AI-enabled analytical tools to improve efficiency and quality. The role fosters data-driven decision-making by providing consultative analytics support, applying established methods rather than developing novel algorithms.
