Team Red Dog is hiring a Data & Analytics Architect for our client, a global technology leader and data and analytics innovator, supporting one of the most iconic gaming platforms in the world. In this fully remote role, you will design scalable data architecture, optimize analytics pipelines, and enable advanced reporting, AI/ML, and monetization systems that directly impact player experience and business outcomes. You’ll work across complex data ecosystems, shaping data models, governance, and workflows that power decision-making at scale. Top Required Skills (Must Haves):

1. SQL (4–5 years): Advanced querying and data manipulation to support analytics, reporting, and scalable data solutions.
2. Data Analysis (4–5 years): Ability to interpret complex datasets and translate insights into business impact across product and marketing.
3. Architecture Design (3+ years): Designing data models, pipelines, and systems that support enterprise-scale analytics environments.
4. Python (working knowledge): Used for data transformation, automation, and supporting analytics workflows.

Opportunity Overview:
This role sits at the center of a major evolution in how data supports a global gaming ecosystem. You’ll contribute to redesigning commerce and economy systems while building future-ready data architecture that enables monetization, creator experiences, and AI-driven insights. Working with cross-functional teams, you’ll help define how data is structured, accessed, and leveraged across the organization.

How you will make an impact:
• Design and implement scalable data models, architectures, and pipelines for analytics and machine learning
• Translate business needs into data architecture patterns and solutions
• Identify and model structured and unstructured data sources to support analytics requirements
• Establish governed data access patterns and standards
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and ensure alignment across teams
• Drive data governance practices and contribute to enterprise-wide data standards
• Build and maintain reference architectures to guide long-term data strategy
• Support modernization of analytics environments and monetization systems

The expertise you bring:
• 5+ years of experience in data, analytics, or information architecture (or equivalent)
• 2+ years in a Data Architect, Analytics Architect, or similar role on enterprise systems
• Strong proficiency in SQL and working knowledge of Python
• Experience designing data models and architecting data flows across complex systems
• Ability to translate business problems into scalable data solutions
• Familiarity with data governance, DevOps, or DataOps practices
• Experience working with large, multi-source data environments
• Preferred: Experience with gaming, commerce systems, or AI-driven analytics
