The Opportunity

As a Data Analytics and Reporting Analyst on the go.transform team, you will help turn data into actionable insights that inform transformation decisions, measure adoption and business impact, identify opportunities for improvement, and support the successful scaling of new tools, processes, and ways of working across the Firm

About the Team

The go.transform team leads Egon Zehnder’s firm-wide transformation agenda, partnering across functions to design, implement, and scale new ways of working. The team focuses on driving adoption of strategic initiatives, leveraging data and insights to track progress, measure impact, and support continuous improvement. Current priorities include AI and Copilot enablement, workflow optimization, knowledge management, and broader business transformation efforts. The team works closely with business stakeholders to translate strategy into practical, measurable outcomes that enhance productivity, collaboration, and client impact.

What You'll Do

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct deep-dive analyses to support go.transform decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Analyze colleague experience, behavioral adoption metrics, and application usage data.
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, automated reporting, and performance monitoring solutions.
• Measure program impact, digital adoption, and colleague sentiment across key initiatives.
• Develop executive-ready insights, reporting, and communications for leadership across platforms including Power BI, SharePoint, Workday, and Microsoft 365.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in analytics, reporting, business intelligence, or a related field within a global organization.
• Proven experience designing, building, and managing reporting and analytics workstreams.
• Strong analytical, reporting, visualization, and user research capabilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI and Excel.
• Experience working with global teams and stakeholders across multiple functions and organizational levels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Advanced Excel, including Power Query and complex data modelling
• Power BI, including DAX, data modelling, dashboard design, and report deployment
• Data wrangling, cleansing, and transformation
• SQL for data extraction and analysis
• Power Automate for workflow and reporting automation
• Python for analytics, automation, and data processing
• Reporting automation and process optimization
• Data visualization and storytelling

Business & Stakeholder

• Executive reporting and presentation development
• Requirements gathering and stakeholder management
• Digital adoption and behavioral analytics
• Colleague experience and survey analysis
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable, executive-level insights and recommendations

Desirable

• VBA / Macros for legacy Excel automation
• Experience with SharePoint, Workday, and Microsoft 365 reporting ecosystems
• Familiarity with APIs and data integrations

The compensation range for this role is $35-$38 per hour. This position is being hired on an initial contract/temporary basis. While there may be an opportunity for consideration for regular employment in the future, any such opportunity will be based on business needs, performance, and mutual fit, and is not guaranteed
