The Senior Data Analytics and Technology Modernization leader is responsible for defining and executing the enterprise strategy for advanced analytics, digital transformation, and modernization of core technologies. This role drives data driven decision making, architects scalable technology ecosystems, and ensures the organization adopts modern tools, platforms, and practices to improve efficiency, transparency, and business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and lead the enterprise data analytics and technology modernization strategy aligned with business priorities.
  • Partner with executive leaders, including Finance, Procurement, IT, Operations, and HR, to identify opportunities for digital enablement and data‑driven insights.
  • Champion a culture of analytics, innovation, and continuous improvement across the organization.

Data Analytics & Insights

  • Lead the design and implementation of advanced analytics solutions, including predictive modeling, data visualization, automation, and AI/ML applications.
  • Oversee the creation of dashboards, KPIs, and reporting frameworks to support strategic and operational decision‑making.
  • Ensure data quality, governance, and standardization across all business units.

Technology Modernization

  • Lead modernization of legacy systems, processes, and tools, leveraging cloud platforms, modern data architectures, and workflow automation.
  • Partner with IT to build scalable, secure data infrastructure and integrate new technologies with existing enterprise systems (ERP, procurement systems, CRM, etc.).
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that enhance productivity, reduce risk, and improve user experience.

Program & Change Management

  • Provide leadership for digital transformation initiatives, ensuring strong project governance and cross‑functional alignment.
  • Drive change‑management strategies to support successful adoption of new tools, data practices, and technologies.
  • Measure ROI for technology investments and analytics programs.

Team Leadership

  • Build and lead a high‑performing team of data analysts, data engineers, BI developers, and transformation specialists.
  • Coach and mentor staff to enhance analytical capabilities and modern technology competencies.

Experience:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s in Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
  • 8–12+ years of experience in data analytics, digital transformation, or technology modernization leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of modern data platforms (Snowflake, Azure, AWS, GCP), BI tools (Power BI, Tableau), and automation technologies (RPA, workflow platforms).
  • Demonstrated experience leading enterprise scale modernization or transformation programs.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to connect technical solutions to business strategy and measurable impact.

Experience:

  • Experience in procurement, supply chain, or finance analytics
  • Knowledge of data governance frameworks and best practices.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML models, automation solutions, and digital workflows.
