Job Description

Under guidance, the Data Analytics Analyst performs data analysis activities to address business problems and generate insights that support decision-making. The role involves working with datasets, validating data quality, and supporting internal teams and client engagements within the healthcare and pharmaceutical domain.
Job Responsibilities
  • Perform quantitative and qualitative data analysis to support internal projects and client engagements
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex datasets
  • Create specifications for reports and analyses based on business requirements and available data
  • Generate datasets and reports using IQVIA tools and other data platforms
  • Validate data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
  • Cleanse, transform, and manipulate data to optimize analytical outcomes
  • Conduct data quality assessments and ensure data integrity across datasets
  • Perform audits on own work or team outputs to ensure adherence to established standards and procedures
  • Support data validation, trend analysis, and inquiry resolution using standalone or enterprise systems
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to meet project goals
  • Support continuous improvement in data processes and analytical methods
Required Experience and Qualification
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related discipline)
  • 1–3 years of professional experiencein data analytics, preferably in pharmaceutical or healthcare data
  • Strong knowledge of data analysis techniques and methodologies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access)
  • Experience working with SQL databases for querying and data extraction
  • Hands-on experience in data manipulation, data processing, and data validation
  • Understanding of business processes and ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and functions
