To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Data Analytics

The Data Analytics role is responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to ensure product quality, efficiency, and safety. This role supports new product introduction (NPI), process design, tooling development, assembly line layouts, and continuous improvement initiatives while applying Lean Manufacturing principles and advanced problem-solving methodologies.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Translate business and HR questions into analytics requirements and technical solutions
  • Coordinate and guide technical contributors (data engineers, analysts, developers) working on analytics pipelines and dashboards
  • Review and validate data models, SQL logic, ETL processes, and dashboard outputs
  • Partner with stakeholders to prioritize requests related to organizational effectiveness, headcount, productivity, and planning
  • Ensure data quality, governance, and consistency across enterprise systems (e.g., Data Warehouse, reporting tools, HRIS)
  • Lead or contribute to dashboard development and enhancements in Tableau and SSRS
  • Support ongoing automation and optimization of reporting processes
  • Participate in design discussions for new data solutions using cloud and modern analytics platforms (AWS, Snowflake – optional)
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and technical direction to less experienced analysts or developers
  • Balance short-term operational demands with long-term analytics and data strategy goals
  • Lead and manage the execution of analytics and reporting initiatives
  • Act as a technical point of contact between business units (like HR), IT, and data teams
  • Design, review, and optimize SQL Server–based data models and queries
  • Oversee data integration processes using SSIS and reporting using SSRS
  • Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards for global metrics
  • Ensure trusted data sourcing from enterprise systems
  • Support cloud-based analytics solutions leveraging AWS (and Snowflake, if applicable)
  • Define best practices for documentation, versioning, and data governance
  • Contribute to analytics roadmap planning and technical prioritization

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience and training.
  • Outstanding leadership, organizational,multi-tasking and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent English
  • Experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related data roles
  • Proven experience leading or coordinating technical teams or analysts (formal or matrix leadership)
  • Strong hands-on experience with:
    • SQL Server (advanced SQL)
    • Tableau (dashboard design and performance optimization)
    • SSIS & SSRS
    • Data extraction, reporting, and integration from large enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, etc.)
  • Ability to translate complex business questions into clear technical requirements
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Comfortable working in global, cross-functional environments
  • DESIRABLE - HR Analytics Experience: Prior experience in HR Analytics, People Analytics, or working with HR data domains (Headcount, attrition, workforce planning, job architecture, organizational structures).
  • DESIRABLE - Workday Experience: Hands-on experience with Workday data extraction, reporting, or integration
