Data Analytic Assistant, Distributors, Wholesale, Asia Pacific for Tommy Hilfiger, we are looking for a detail-oriented person to manage sales reports, support seasonal buying activities, and oversee sales orders. The role includes data consolidation and participation in various projects. Strong analytical skills and teamwork are essential.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:

Sales Report Consolidation: Collect and manage monthly sales reports from distributors and Travel Retail markets. Responsible for validating and consolidating these reports to ensure accurate data input into PowerBi.

Market Buy: Assist with seasonal buying activities and the market launch schedule. Involves collecting and consolidating the seasonal assortment plan and corresponding market launch materials to ensure a smooth execution of initiatives.

Sales Order: Manage the distributors/operators’ sales order from order placement/consolidation, cancellation/amendments after in-take.

Sales Order Creation Assist the team with sales order creation system.

Ad Hoc: Assist on any ad hoc project(s) such as pricing study, product analysis, market research and cross countries events/gatherings.

Requirements

Strong multitasking skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining the quality of work. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, enabling effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook. Knowledge in PowerBi, VBA, Python, Power Automate and Power Query is a plus.
