Data Analysts – Retail Banking Analytics

Bank of Georgia offers ambitious data professionals the opportunity to transform raw data into strategic insights that drive business impact. In this role, you won’t just build reports — you’ll help shape strategy, optimize performance, and guide key decisions across our retail business. Working alongside experienced professionals, you’ll contribute to high-impact analysis across customer behavior, product performance, campaign effectiveness and more.

What You'll Do

Depending on your level, you’ll:

• Work with large databases to collect, process, and interpret complex datasets

• Analyze customer behavior to optimize campaigns, pricing, and engagement

• Plan and analyze the effectiveness of campaigns, offers, and promotional activities

• Deliver clear, data-driven insights to support commercial and operational decisions

• Strengthen internal reporting and performance tracking tools for better visibility and action

This is analytics at the heart of decision-making — fast-paced, business-critical, and strategically important.

What We’re Looking For:

Technical & Professional Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business or IT;

• Fluency in English (spoken and written);

• Expertise in SQL, MS Office and Power BI; Phyton (PySpark) is a plus;

• Strong foundation in statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and data interpretation.
