We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to serve as the analytical backbone for our regional business strategy. You will transform raw data into actionable insights while managing local data pipelines. You will act as the key interface between regional operations and our headquarters, ensuring data-driven decisions are harmonized globally.

1. Analytical Insights: Build and maintain sophisticated dashboards (Tableau/Power BI) to monitor regional KPIs, user behavior, and market trends.
2. Data Pipeline Management: Design and maintain reliable data pipelines; ensure data integrity and accuracy for global reporting standards.
3. Operational Bridge: Act as the primary analytical contact for our China-based operation teams. Proactively translate complex local business requirements into data models and actionable analytical tasks.
4. Compliance Integration: Ensure all data processing and reporting activities comply with local privacy regulations and global security standards.

职位要求

1. 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or data engineering.
2. Expertise in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI).
3. Proven track record in managing cross-regional projects and translating technical requirements for diverse stakeholders.
4. Communication: Professional proficiency in English. As this role requires frequent business coordination with our operations headquarters, professional fluency in Mandarin is highly preferred for seamless workflow integration.
5. Work Authorization: Must possess valid local work authorization.
