What you’ll do

In one sentence: Deliver insights that drive product and business decisions.

• Design, implement, and maintain dashboards and recurring reports to monitor product performance, hiring funnel metrics, and data quality

• Ensure metrics are well documented and aligned with business definitions

• Partner with stakeholders to design experiments, analyse results, and recommend data-driven next steps

• Build and maintain reliable data pipelines and transformations in collaboration with the data engineering team

• Conduct ad-hoc analyses that inform strategic decisions and generate insights

• Communicate findings clearly through written summaries, visualisations, and presentations to stakeholders at all levels
