As a Data
Analyst, you'll collect, organize, and analyze data to drive business
decisions. You'll work with various data sources, ensuring quality and
integrity, and use advanced analytics to uncover trends. Agility, proficiency,

Responsibilities

• 
  Partner with
  business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into
  technical requirements for the data science team.
• 
  Analyze
  sources to determine value and recommend data to include in analytical
  processes.
• 
  Identify,
  collect, and preprocess data from various sources to prepare it for analysis.
• 
  Apply
  analytical methods including exploratory data analysis and statistical testing
  for data inspection, exploration, and visualization.
• 
  Perform analysis
  on business operations using tools like SQL, Python, and Power BI, and provide
  actionable recommendations.
• 
  Utilize advanced Power BI capabilities
  to create semantic models, interactive dashboards, and reports, ensuring high
  standards of data accuracy and timeliness.
• 
  Apply statistical techniques to
  discover new relationships and offer insights to improve organizational
  processes and support decision-making.
• 
  Execute & streamline our TeamOps
  processes, including user stories, acceptance criteria, bug and data matrices,
  analytics deliverables tests, and measure the success/impact of requested
  analytics and reporting.
• 
  Mentor and
  teach Power BI capabilities, focusing on developing greatness in your peers.

Requirements

Who we're
searching for

• 
  Education:
  Bachelor's degree in Statistics,
  Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information
  Systems, Economics, or a related field.
• 
  Experience:
  At least 2-3 years in data analysis
  and reporting with Power BI, or 1-year and "Power BI Data Analyst
  Associate" certification.
• 
  Skills:
  Proficiency in SQL and intermediate-level
  experience in Python or R.
• 
  Adaptability:
  Ability to embrace new technologies
  and learn new analytics practices.
• 
  Language:
  Advanced proficiency in English.
• 
  Preferred:
  Power BI certifications such as
  "Power BI Data Analyst Associate" or "Fabric Analytics Engineer
  Associate."
