YOUR ROLE
We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst/ Scientist to join our team and drive advanced analytics and machine learning initiatives that deliver business value across the organization. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in predictive modeling, data product development, and cross-functional collaboration. This role will be responsible for developing and delivering end-to-end data-driven solutions that enhance decision-making at all organizational levels, strengthen business intelligence capabilities, and support strategic growth objectives. The successful candidate will act as a strategic Business Partner, working closely with stakeholders across all departments to define priorities and translate complex data insights into actionable business outcomes.

• Develop sophisticated Power BI dashboards and reports using advanced DAX, custom measure creation, data pipelines, Azure table connections, and schema optimization to deliver impactful and high-performance business insights.
• Create and manage data pipelines connecting Power BI with Azure data services.

• Build, validate, and deploy Machine Learning models that directly drive key business decisions including customer churn prediction, personalized marketing, and natural language processing for customer feedback analysis.

• Translate complex data into actionable insights that support business decision-making.
• Collaborate cross-functionally as a trusted business partner, working closely with stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize use cases, and communicate complex data science insights in clear, actionable business language.

• Continuously improve data quality, integration, and analytics pipelines ensuring robustness and reliability at scale.

• Actively engage in Edenred’s expanding AI initiatives, learning programs, and technical communities to accelerate your professional growth within a globally connected environment.

YOUR PROFILE

• 3-5 years of experience in similar position
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or related quantitative fields.
• Experienced mid-senior level professional with expertise in Power BI (advanced DAX and data modeling) and Databricks (Python, PySpark).
• Strong skills in Python, Excel, and working knowledge of SQL.
• Demonstrated ability to apply machine learning techniques in business contexts such as customer segmentation, churn prediction, and text analysis.
• Business-oriented with excellent communication skills; able to partner effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
• Motivated to develop your career in data science and AI within a global organization
