About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about turning complex data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in SQL, Python, Sage and hands-on experience working with data platforms like Amazon Athena and Looker.
Key Responsibilities Data Analysis & Reporting: 
- Analyze large datasets from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights  that inform business decisions. - Work directly with US-based stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver timely  analytical solutions. 
SQL / Athena / Sage Expertise: 
- Write complex SQL queries using Amazon Athena and other cloud-based solutions to  extract, transform, and analyze data. - Experience with Sage
Python Automation & Modeling: 
- Build data pipelines and perform advanced analytics using Python. Python is a must for  this role. - Automate data preparation tasks and create reusable scripts for reporting workflows.  Looker Dashboarding & Visualization: - Design and maintain dashboards using Looker to support real-time KPI tracking and  performance monitoring. 
Cross-functional Collaboration: 
- Partner with teams across product, marketing, customer service, and finance to support  data needs. - Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.  Quality & Governance: - Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reports and dashboards.

Qualification Criteria
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related  field - 1+ year of experience in a data analyst or similar role - Proficient in SQL (Athena preferred), Python (mandatory), and data wrangling tools - Experience with Looker required (Power BI not applicable) - Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills - Ability to work in EST time zone and collaborate effectively with US-based teams - Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
