Your Role in Our Mission:

An opportunity has become available for a Data Analyst & Process Improvement Specialist in the Support Department. In this role, you will be responsible for creating insightful reports and dashboards, while also leading process improvement projects, including the implementation of AI solutions. This role requires a blend of analytical skills, project management, and a strong understanding of operational processes.

Core duties and responsibilities:

Data Analysis and Reporting:
· Develop, maintain, and enhance interactive dashboards and reports using tools such Excel, Tableau, Power BI.
· Analyse data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for operational improvements.
· Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure reporting meets business needs.

Process Improvement:
· Lead process improvement initiatives in collaboration with the Heads of Departments by analysing current workflows and identifying inefficiencies.
· Work with Operations Director and Heads of Departments to Develop and implement strategies for AI integration to optimise operations.
· Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analytics and process improvement.
· Recommend and support implementation of new tools and technologies to enhance operational efficiency.

Project Management:
· Manage process improvement projects ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organisational goals.
· Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to drive project success and stakeholder engagement.

Skills, experience and qualifications required:

· A Bachelor’s degree preferably in Data Science, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
· At least 1 year of experience in a customer support team
· At least 1 year of experience in data analytics and reporting.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Attention to detail
· Project management skills
· Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) is a plus.
· Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in business processes is highly advantageous.
· Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
· Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools is a strong advantage.

  • Final in-person interview with the Operations Director and Senior Business Insights Analyst
