Job Description

The IT Division of Osem Nestlé Group is recruiting Data Analyst to join the Data Team.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end development of Data Products and data solutions for various business units
Understanding and translating business needs into actionable data processes ,including defining business logic, analytical models, ongoing support, and collaboration with stakeholders across the organization
Developing data processing pipelines (ETL/ELT) in a Databricks / PySpark environment based on existing data sources
Creating analytical data layers and semantic layers for BI and operational systems
Working closely with Data Engineering to enhance existing processes and align them with business requirements
Developing reports and dashboards in Power BI
Ensuring data quality, accuracy, availability, and proper documentation of data processes and products
Identifying opportunities for process optimization and automation using data
Leading reviews and continuous improvements of data products throughout their lifecycle
Requirements:
2–4 years of experience in developing data solutions: BI / Data Product / Data Analysis
Hands-on experience with SQL at a high level - must
Practical experience with Python or PySpark - must
Strong understanding of model development and semantic layer design for Power BI - must
Proven experience working with business stakeholders and defining requirements - must
Proven experience with Databricks - significant advantage
Experience working with Microsoft Azure - significant advantage
Business understanding of FMCG consumer products - advantage
Strong analytical skills, understanding of business processes, and ability to bridge technical and business domains
Excellent communication skills
High-level English - reading, writing, and speaking
