Job Description

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, or related roles.
• Strong command of SQL, including joins, aggregations, filtering, and Common Table Expressions (CTEs).
• Hands-on experience with dashboarding and BI tools such as Metabase, Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable business recommendations.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain findings to stakeholders.
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis and automation.
• Experience working with Databricks or other cloud-based data platforms.
• Exposure to healthcare or SaaS-related datasets is preferred.
• Understanding of A/B testing methodologies and statistical analysis concepts.
• Basic understanding of machine learning concepts and predictive analytics.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and business opportunities.
• Write efficient SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations for business and operational stakeholders.
• Track KPIs and provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data findings.
• Collaborate with product, operations, and leadership teams to understand reporting and analytics requirements.
• Clean, validate, and prepare data to ensure accuracy and reliability in reporting.
• Present insights in a clear, concise, and easy-to-understand manner for non-technical audiences.
• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality across reports and dashboards.
• Maintain proper documentation for metrics, reports, dashboards, and data processes.
• Contribute to building and promoting a strong data-driven culture within the organization.
