About the Role
Do you love uncovering the story behind the data? Are you passionate about turning complex information into meaningful insights that drive real-world outcomes?
As a Data Analyst in the Workforce Planning Branch, you'll play a key role in helping shape the future workforce of the NSW public sector. Working with large and complex datasets, you'll uncover trends, identify opportunities and deliver insights that inform strategic workforce planning, policy development and government decision making.
This is an opportunity to work on issues that matter at scale. You'll collaborate with agencies across government and support sector-wide workforce initiatives. You'll also contribute to projects that help ensure the NSW public sector has the capability and capacity to deliver for the people of New South Wales.
You’ll join Workforce Data and Insights teams within the Workforce Planning Branch, part of the People and Workforce Group, on one of two temporary opportunities.
