About UserWise

UserWise Services builds high-performance external teams for game studios that need to move fast, scale intelligently, and operate for the long term 🎮

We focus on new game dev, LiveOps, growth, maintenance, and portfolio-level product execution. Our teams take real ownership and work as a true extension of our partners, not as a vendor layer.

🤖 AI is core to how we work.

We run production and LiveOps through our proprietary AI-powered toolset, built to accelerate design, content creation, LiveOps execution, and decision-making. This isn’t experimental. It’s part of our daily workflow. How games are built and operated is changing, and we’re building for that reality.

Founded in 2020, we’re trusted by partners including PeopleFun, Tripledot Studios, Halfbrick, AppLovin, and Playful Rewards.

📊 Today, we help manage and grow games generating $100M+ in annual revenue across partner portfolios.

🌍 We operate across the US and EU, with a distributed, senior-leaning team hired globally for speed, judgment, and execution quality.

What sets us apart is how we operate.

We build flexible production and growth teams that feel internal from day one. Ownership stays close to the work. Decisions stay grounded in player impact. Our proprietary tools remove friction across design, art, engineering, data, and LiveOps so teams can focus on what actually moves the needle.
