Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and interpret data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover key findings.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using primarily Tableau.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business problems and data requirements.
• Conduct detailed data analysis to support decision-making processes in areas such as marketing, operations, or customer experience.
• Assist in maintaining databases and data systems.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security, applying best practices in data management and governance.
• Present complex information and analysis in clear, concise presentations or reports for stakeholders.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation for data workflows.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Proficiency with data analysis tools and languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R).
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• Familiarity with database management, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, and data warehousing.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical audiences.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of statistical techniques (regression, clustering, hypothesis testing).
• Knowledge about C# fundamental.
• Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and tools.
• Knowledge of data governance and compliance standards.
• Strong Excel skills, including advanced functions and pivot tables.
