This position is full-time, requires a hybrid work schedule, and is only available in NYC.

Responsibilities

As a Data Analyst, you will play a key role in transforming data into actionable insights that inform and optimize brand reputation and communications strategies. Working closely with strategists, creatives, and account teams, you’ll monitor conversations, analyze performance, and track cultural and market trends to help shape impactful, data-driven work for our clients across earned and owned channels.

  • Reporting & Visualization: Create clear, visually compelling reports and dashboards for clients and internal teams.
  • Campaign Analysis: Evaluate marketing and PR campaign performance to identify successes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Audience & Market Insights: Interpret audience data, monitor competitive activity, and track industry trends to guide messaging and strategy.
  • Data-Driven Strategy: Contribute insights that inform creative ideas, brand positioning, and integrated marketing plans.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience (internship experience welcome)
  • Clear and concise communicator, able to translate data into actionable recommendations
  • Ability to present data and insights in a clear and concise way for different audiences.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with data visualization tools a plus
  • Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.)
  • Understanding of social listening or media monitoring tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Muck Rack, NewsWhip, Sprout etc…)
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
  • Curiosity about trends in marketing, social media, and brand communications

The Company is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base compensation range for this role is $57,000-$62,000 and this position is eligible for benefits that include medical insurance (health, dental, and vision), retirement plan, paid time off, paid parental leave, new business and employee referral bonuses, etc. Please note that the compensation information provided is a good faith estimate for New York City based hires only and is provided pursuant to the New York City Pay Transparency Law. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as candidates' relevant work experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
