Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced and versatile BI Data Analyst to join our BI & Analytics team. In this role, you’ll partner closely with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance, owning analytics projects end-to-end from scoping to delivering insights, dashboards, and recommendations that drive measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end analytics projects: collaborate with stakeholders, define success metrics, and provide actionable recommendations
• Translate business needs into metric definitions and data models; build reliable reporting layers and maintain clear documentation
• Design, build, and maintain BI dashboards (e.g. funnels, KPI monitoring), ensuring accuracy, clarity, and adoption
• Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify trends, anomalies, root causes, and growth opportunities across key business areas
• Drive automation and operational improvements by leveraging AI/LLM tools alongside scripting in SQL/Python, including building a governed semantic layer and an LLM "ask data" interface
• Communicate insights to technical and non-technical audiences, influencing strategic decisions through clear, data-backed storytelling

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, including building a governed semantic layer and an LLM-powered "ask data" interface
• Excellent SQL skills
• Experience with BI tools (preferably Tableau)
• Experience in DWH design and data modeling
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills in Hebrew and English
• Experience with dbt – advantage
• Experience with Python – advantage
