Job Family Summary:

This role belongs to the 'Data, Analytics, & AI' job family. This job family is dedicated to transforming complex data into insights and strategies to drive business decisions. It includes roles that focus on data analysis, data management, and data science.

The Opportunity:

The Data Analyst - IT will lead and improve analytical programs and present the results to the business unit, category, and/or region leaders. In this role, you will analyze the variable granular data of the business and regularly use advanced models to deliver business insights across diverse business domains.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze variable granular data of the business using advanced models.
  • Answer and anticipate critical business questions and opportunities.
  • Deliver insights to the business using data visualization and analytic tools.
  • Collaborate with multifunctional teams to improve key business priorities based on data-driven insights.

Job Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in Data Analytics and Data Management.
  • Ability to grasp business insights from mountains of data.
  • Experience in collaborating with multifunctional teams.
  • Available to work onsite in Pineville, LA facility.

Preferred:

  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and/or PBI.

Pay Range: $85,000 - $122,200

Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of equal opportunity factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skills, and level of experience.
