Job Description

• Collect, clean, and analyze marketing data (campaign performance, user behavior, conversion funnels)
• Collect, clean, and organize sales and customer data from multiple sources (CRM, campaigns, internal tools)
• Build and maintain dashboards (e.g., Google Sheets, Looker Studio)
• Support campaign reporting (weekly/monthly performance summaries)
• Identify insights and recommend improvements for marketing performance
• Assist in A/B testing analysis and performance tracking
• Analyze sales performance and identify trends, gaps, and opportunities
• Support forecasting and pipeline analysis for business planning
• Assist in segmenting customers and identifying high-value target groups
• Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to evaluate campaign performance
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for internal stakeholders

Requirements

• Able to commit to a minimum 3-month internship period.

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Data Analytics, Business, Marketing, or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (required)
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or SQL is a plus
• Detail-oriented and able to work with large datasets
• Interest in business, sales, or startups is highly preferred
