Responsibilities
Support the operationalization of return processesandqualitysolutionsbyanalyzing reports, dashboards, and datasets.
Analyze data to provide solutions for backlog management to stakeholders.
Identifyand recommend opportunities foradditionalsystem improvements
Participate in the resolution of incidentsbyproposing actionable solution plans.
Provide ongoing visibility to stakeholders throughdatainsights and reporting.
Theroleinvolvesdaily(orregular) communicationwithpan-Canadian stakeholders.
Qualifications
Currently in3rdor 4 thyear ofpursuinga bachelor'sdegree, or pursuing a master's degree,in data analytics, business analytics, orarelated field.
Interestorexperienceinprojectcoordination and businessanalysis
Power BI knowledgeandstrong interest in data visualization.
Strong analytical skillswithinterest in data-driven problem solving.
