Who You Are:
The Data Analyst II supports client projects through accurate data entry, collection, and administration. Additionally, you will contribute to AI initiatives by curating, annotating, and evaluating high-quality datasets to train and improve machine learning models. This role is ideal for detail-oriented individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and can manage multiple ad hoc tasks.
What You Will Do:
- Perform ad hoc data entry tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Maintain and update databases to ensure data integrity and compliance with client requirements.
- Support data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with consultants and project teams to meet client deadlines.
- Document processes and maintain organized records for audit and reference.
- Curate, annotate, and evaluate datasets and data models for AI and machine learning projects.
- Ensure data labeling and annotating consistency and quality for supervised learning tasks.
- Conduct basic checks on AI model outputs for accuracy and relevance.
- May serve on special project teams as assigned

QualificationsWhat You Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with data entry tools and database systems.
- Experience with Power BI is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong communication skills for working with internal teams.

The salary range for this position is: $61,055-$84,884. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, education, qualifications, and applicable employment laws.
