Job Description

The Data Analyst I is responsible for the cancellation and reactivations of solutions of RealPage products. The overall process for cancelling a solution starts from receiving cancellation requests through the final deactivation/reactivation of the solution; it will require data analysis, mapping the solutions to understand all impacts, reporting and monitoring at various stages within the process and testing the solution after cancellation to ensure no negative impact to the client.

Responsibilities

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handles the entire process of cancellation and/or reactivation of RealPage products and services.
  • Oversee the disabling of each solution and analyze the product mix for accuracy.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert or Point of Contact for specific product group/s.
  • Engaged in day-to-day communication with internal customers through various channels such as emails, web-based platforms, shared mailbox, etc.
  • Process cancellations within Salesforce closing at least 40 cancellation records per day with product handle time considered.
  • Collaborates with Implementations, Customer Success, and Product Management teams to perform PMC and site level audits for active/inactive products.
  • Backlog Management – involves grooming the backlog regularly in making necessary changes and updates, refine items in collaboration with internal partners and stakeholders.
  • Responsible for preparing and delivering cancellation/reactivation reports to stakeholders as requested.
  • Identify and complete process improvements and/or automation initiatives within and outside our group.
  • Assist in managing the Cancellations inbox to ensure timely response to inquiries if needed.
  • Perform periodic reviews of cancellation/reactivation transactions to ensure compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
  • May be required to perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate with diverse groups such as clients, developers, supervisors, and teammates
  • Must have an affinity for troubleshooting and problem solving
  • Detail-oriented, strong attention to details and with organizational ability
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows operating systems
  • Strong planning and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, flexible, team environment and meet aggressive timelines.
  • Follows through on commitments.
  • Self-starter and capable to work independently.
  • Patient and overall courteous behavior when working with internal and external customers.
  • Able to quickly analyze and troubleshoot problem issues.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, react and respond to challenges calmly, and take initiative.
  • Ability to work after regular business hours as needed to guarantee deliverables are met.
  • Ability to recognize and escalate issues and risks to your leaders.
  • Must be willing to work in a fixed night shift schedule.
  • Must be willing to work on site for 3 months and Hybrid set up after
  • Bachelor’s degree on related field.
  • With 1+ year/s experience in using Salesforce.
  • With 1+ year/s experience managing data with Access, Excel, data editors.
