• They collaborate with business users and focus on counts, statistics, and visualization to improve performance and find strategic opportunities for the business.
• Their job involves the enablement of effective data management (collected from independent transaction systems) with a view to produce differentiated market/business intelligence in order to support informed managerial decisions.

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to support our Business Intelligence team as a visualization developer. You will create compelling dashboards and reports that transform complex data into actionable insights for business stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

Experience: 3+ years in data analysis and business intelligence

Required Skills:

• Advanced Tableau proficiency for dashboard and visualization development
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and analysis
• Experience translating business requirements into visual solutions
• Ability to work with large, complex datasets

Preferred Skills:

• Salesforce platform experience
• CRM Analytics knowledge

Key Responsibilities

You will design and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards that provide real-time business insights. Using SQL, you will extract and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends and patterns. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their analytical needs and deliver clear, actionable recommendations. Your role includes supporting the BI function through report maintenance, troubleshooting data issues, and contributing to best practices for data visualization.

Education
