Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across our business operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets to provide actionable insights that drive efficiency, profitability, and strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and interpret large datasets from multiple internal and external sources.
• Analyze business trends and performance using statistical tools and data visualization techniques.
• Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to support management decision-making.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Finance, Procurement) to identify business opportunities and improve processes.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
• Create predictive models to support forecasting and demand planning.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting platforms.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Proven experience (2–4 years) as a Data Analyst, preferably in home appliances
• Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience with Python or R for data analysis is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
